  • Wellness Reset Fall 2022!

Did you start the semester off with a bang but have since lost steam? Do you need to reset your wellness routine before midterms?

If so, join us for the “Wellness Reset” which is a free, mid-semester virtual retreat designed to provide students with a space for reflection and rejuvenation in the midst of the school year. Each session will offer participants an opportunity to ground themselves in their “why” as they approach the final stretch of the semester.

🧘🏾‍♀️Gentle yoga with @lululemon Ambassador @jennwith2ns_yogi will emphasize how movement can be a tool for emotional, physical, and mental wellness.

📓Journaling will hold space for intentional reflection and goal setting through writing.

🤓Finally, our intergenerational academic panel with @jennwith2ns_yogi (postdoc/professor), @drnishauntbattle (associate professor) and Vanessa Palomino @safespacewithvane (current graduate student) will focus on what it means to ‘reset’ at different points in one’s academic journey.

Participants will leave the event feeling inspired and ready to take on the rest of the semester. They will also receive a “Wellness Workbook” containing tips and resources on how to prioritize their wellness as a graduate student.
