Join the GGW Collective

A 9-week, virtual, wellness and accountability experience designed specifically for women in graduate school.

The Grad Girl Wellness Collective is a 9-week private wellness and accountability community for women in graduate school.

Together, we’ll explore practical ways to care for your body, mind, and overall well-being while navigating the unique demands of graduate education.

This isn’t about becoming the “perfect” grad student.

It’s not another productivity challenge.

And it’s definitely not about adding more pressure to your already-full plate.

It’s about learning how to care for yourself in a way that is sustainable, supportive, and realistic.

The Collective is designed for women pursuing master’s, doctoral, and professional degrees across a variety of disciplines. Those applying to grad school and recent grads (including postdocs) would also benefit from the program.

Join the Collective!

The Grad Girl Wellness Collective is here to help you build sustainable wellness habits while you’re in graduate school—not after you finish. Research shows that over 40% of graduate students report experiencing significant symptoms of anxiety or depression, highlighting just how common it is to struggle with well-being during this stage of training.

No. Movement is one part of the Collective, but we’ll explore wellness holistically—including sleep, nutrition, stress, healing, community, boundaries, and self-awareness.

Life happens! This is an accountability community, not a perfection challenge. You can catch up when you’re able and continue moving forward.

All sessions will be recorded, and you can submit questions to guest speakers ahead of time.

That’s exactly why this program exists. The challenges are designed to be realistic for busy graduate students and focus on small actions that can fit into your existing routine.

You’ll leave with a better understanding of your wellness needs, new habits and strategies, a personal sustainability plan, and a community you can continue to lean on.
