🧘🏾♀️Gentle yoga with postdoctoral fellow and certified yoga instructor, Dr. Christa, will help calm the mind, relax the body, and create space to unlock creativity by remaining present.
📝Our reflective journaling session and discussion will be facilitated by postdoctoral fellow Dr. Angela and will address what it means to ‘reset for wellness’ in the academy.
