Black Power Hour with HBCU Strong!

In honor of Black History Month, Grad Girl Wellness is teaming up with @hbcu_strong and @duboiscircle on Sunday, February 23rd at 3 PM for our Black Power Hour HIIT class!

Coach Rachel Richards (HBCU Strong Trainer, Pottruck Trainer and PhD candidate) @adventures_of_a_blackscientist will be bringing the energy, the movement, and the community together.
