The Wellness Reset

The purpose of the “Wellness Reset” is a mid-semester virtual retreat designed to provide students with a space for reflection and rejuvenation in the midst of the school year. It will take place Saturday, March 12, 2012 from 12-2 pm EST. Each session will offer participants an opportunity to ground themselves in their “why” as they approach the final stretch of the semester. Sound bath meditation with Yusef will use sound to cultivate an atmosphere for healing and relaxation. Yoga with Autumn will emphasize how movement can be a tool for emotional, physical, and mental wellness. Journaling with Angela will hold space for intentional reflection and goal setting through writing. Additionally, this event will be an opportunity to prioritize wellness in a community of other students. Participants will leave the event feeling inspired and ready to take on the rest of the semester.
